r-weather

All-in-one, compact atmospheric sensor

Combining all the measuring functionalities of the most important weather conditions, the r-weather is a unique and self-cleaning instrument. Visibility, precipitation type, intensity and quantity, air temperature, relative humidity, dew point and frost point, barometric pressure, wind speed and wind direction are all measured from one tool, easy to install and operate.

Detection of the dangerous freezing fog

A self-cleaning instrument

An integrated compressor in the back of the r-weather automatically cleans the optical part of the r-weather by blasting pressurized air while an internal heating system prevents any ice formation. Done at predefined regular intervals or after detection of debris, the cleaning process ensures the device is working perfectly at all time.

An easy installation with just one cable

The r-weather is a very compact instrument with standard assembly handles easily mounted on a mast. Just one cable links the device to the data processor unit also if a separate wind speed/direction sensor is integrated.

Stand alone, the r-weather can be integrated into any weather system with the most common interfaces RS232, RS485 and open protocols.
